This past week, I proudly filed to run for Mayor of San Antonio, officially placing my name on the ballot for May 3, 2025. Yesterday, I had the profound privilege of joining the San Antonio March for Life, where I spoke to hundreds of passionate Texans about protecting the most vulnerable among us—the unborn. As I addressed the crowd, I invoked the spirit of the Alamo defenders—their courage, sacrifice, and faith—as a reminder that we must stand firm in the face of challenges. These unborn children are Texans, too, deserving of the same rights and protections that our ancestors fought to secure. This fight for life is just one of the many battles I’m committed to waging for our families, our safety, and our shared prosperity.

San Antonio stands at a crossroads. Our city deserves a leader who will challenge the status quo, stand boldly for what is right, and deliver meaningful change for every resident. That leader is Dr. Tim Westley.
